There are more than 10,000 parts for a car, and the production of few parts has nothing to do with CNC machine tools. As the heart of the automobile, the engine requires high manufacturing and processing precision, and the manufacturing process is complicated. The cylinder block is the largest part of the engine, and it is also the support for other parts. The cylinder block is cast first, then the "three holes and four sides" are milled with a CNC machine tool, and finally the cylinder tube is fine bored with a CNC machine tool. The piston is also cast first, then CNC machined, and finally finely ground. The connecting rod is first forged by rolling forging and then processed by CNC.
